Senior Assistance Program

The Senior Assistance Program is available for individuals that have a financial hardship and would still like to have the opportunity to participate in City of Greeley Recreation Programs. The Greeley Culture, Parks and Recreation Department raises money through a variety of sponsorships with United Way of Weld County for the Senior Assistance Program. As long as there are funds available, we will try to accommodate all requests.

Contact Guest Services for an application or download the Senior Assistance Program Application; mail or drop off the form to Active Adult Center c/o Sheri Lobmeyer, 1010 6th Street, Greeley, CO 80631.

The Greeley Active Adult Center is committed to providing a variety of opportunities so that being active can be a way of life. Adults aged 50 and above can join and socialize at the center, whether through trips or while participating in one of our many programs.

The following drop-in programs are happening in the center: card playing, bunco, cornhole, billiards, shuffleboard, scrabble, mahjong, knitting, computer lab and more.

Staying healthy is easy with our wide array of fitness programs and sports.
