Meet Our Trainers
Erin enjoys inspiring people of all ages and abilities. She has been an instructor and personal trainer for over 20 years and continually adjusts her clients’ programs to make movement fun, challenging, and consistent. Erin grew up in Colorado and attended the University of Northern Colorado, followed by Arizona State University. After having a family, she realized the importance of maintaining balance and living a healthy lifestyle. She also discovered the excitement of helping others reach their goals and live healthy lifestyles. She encourages and supports not only physical well-being but mental and emotional health as well. She has earned several group fitness certifications along with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer certification. In her free time, she loves the arts and spending time outdoors. She’s looking forward to supporting our clients’ fitness journey!
Brandon’s been in the fitness and sports world for most of his life. He struggled with his weight due to medical issues and continues to fight through challenges to hit his goals. He’s remained an athlete throughout his life, playing baseball and hockey for over 20 years and various other sports. His fitness journey has included owning his own personal training business, experiencing the Military’s training style as he served in the Marines, and training in a gym setting. Brandon is certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has a Bachelor’s in Sports and Exercise Science. In addition, he’s currently working on his Master’s in Exercise Physiology. These experiences have refined his abilities in sports training and conditioning. His goal as a trainer is to help as many people achieve their goals as he possibly can. As well as continuing to learn as much about fitness as he can to help his clients achieve their goals quickly and safely.
Leslie Gordillo Leslie is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado. She is passionate about helping others work toward their health and wellness goals, as well as making their activities in daily life easier. Leslie loves going on hikes, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. It can be hard to start working out or joining a gym. Sometimes nerves and anxiety cause hesitation. Leslie is here to help people feel comfortable starting and maintaining an exercise habit.
Katherine Hoffman is a single mother to two who embraces the practice of self-care and self-love. Her fitness journey, sparked by overcoming postpartum depression, revealed the transformative power of physical activity in every facet of her life (from mental and physical health, to being a single mom). After two years of consistently working out, Katherine aspires to share the joy and happiness she found in fitness, emphasizing the profound impact of an active lifestyle. She has earned her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). While continuing to pursue a future in nursing, Katherine is also interested in learning about corrective exercise and nutrition through the NASM. She enjoys rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding, baking, and spending quality time with friends and family. She is excited to support her clients as they pursue their fitness and wellness goals.
Austin Persons Austin’s fitness journey began over a decade ago. His life entailed being overweight, underweight, and everything in between. He started exercising because he felt he was too overweight to enjoy his favorite hobbies, including snowboarding and BMXing, with his son. Over a span of ten years, Austin learned, practiced, and refined techniques to help optimize his physical wellness. He acquired his Nutrition Coaching and Personal Training Certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). His goal as a trainer is to use everything he’s learned to help others reach their goals as quickly and safely as possible.
