Family FunPlex to Reopen Newly Renovated Waterpark

After renovations that started earlier this year, the Family FunPlex’s indoor waterpark will reopen Nov. 7.

The newly renovated facility will open with a new underwater-themed waterpark and play features. Additionally, during the renovations, Denver artist Julia Williams completed a new mural for the indoor waterpark.

Located at 1501 65th Ave., the Family FunPlex’s waterpark offers a warm-water pool where families can:

  • Take a spin around the lazy river.
  • Explore the zero-depth pool and play structures.
  • Go down one of the massive indoor water slides.
  • Exercise in the lap pool.

We have made some slight changes to the pool hours when we reopen. Please see below:

  • Monday-Friday 6 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Water walking and lap swim 6 a.m. – 12 p.m.
  • Lap Swim Tuesday/Thursday 5-8 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
  • Open swim: M/W/F 12-8 p.m., Tu/Th 12-5 p.m., Saturday-Sunday: 12-6 p.m.
