Adult Triathlon Training
Fri • 6-7:15am

This class will help you prepare for triathlon season, perfect areas that need improving or lead you through your first triathlon. Classes will include two parts of a triathlon (swim/bike, bike/run or swim/run), come prepared for both water and land based exercises.

Adaptive Inclusive Yoga

Performing classical yoga postures in seated and standing positions. This slow-paced, gentle yoga class if for individuals that my benefit from modifications. Age 15+
