Get pumped! Our weight room has plenty of machines to keep your workout busy. Come before or after work, or during your lunch hour. Our weight room includes a variety of equipment including free weights, circuit machines, and a wide array of cardio equipment such as treadmills, elliptical machines, steppers and bikes.

Weight Room Age Policy

Age 12-13 required Fitness Weight Room Orientation and adult supervision. Age 14+ no adult supervision required.
