City of Greeley aquatics facility hours are changing.

Outdoor Pools and Splash Parks
Beginning on Aug. 14, open swim hours will be noon to 5 p.m. on weekends at Greeley’s outdoor aquatics facilities:

In addition to open swim, lap swim is available from 10 a.m. until noon on Saturdays and Sundays at Centennial Pool.

Outdoor pools and splash parks will have their last day of the season Labor Day, Sept. 6 and then close until next summer.

New Pool Hours at the Family FunPlex
City officials will also change hours at the Family FunPlex Indoor Waterpark, 1501 65th Ave., on Aug. 16. Open swim will become available daily from noon to 5 p.m., except for expanded open swim Fridays, when the pool stays open until 8 p.m. The Family FunPlex also offers hours for lap swim and water walking for ages 14 and up. Lifeguard Training and Swim Lessons
Greeley Recreation needs lifeguards. The next lifeguard training session is scheduled for the weekend of Aug. 20-22. Register at greeleyrec.com/lifeguard-training by Aug. 18. Fall swim lessons begin in September. Instruction is available for youth 6-months to 15-years. Register for classes at greeleyrec.com/swim-lessons. Fall registration begins Aug. 13.
