Erin Chamberlain Czech
Erin enjoys inspiring people of all ages and abilities. She’s been an instructor and trainer for over 20 years, and she continually adjusts her clients’ programs to make movement fun, challenging, and to encourage consistency. Erin grew up in Colorado and attended the University of Colorado, followed by Arizona State University. After having a family and realizing the importance of maintaining balance and living a healthy lifestyle, Erin discovered the excitement of helping others reach their goals and become a better version of themselves. She encourages and supports not only physical well-being but mental and emotional health, too. Erin has several group fitness certifications along with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer certification. In her free time, she loves the arts and spending time outdoors.
Brandon Elbell
Brandon has been in the fitness and sports world for the majority of his life. He struggled with his own weight due to medical issues and continues to fight to hit his goals. Brandon has stayed in shape by playing baseball and hockey for over 20 years and he has played various other sports throughout his life. Through his fitness journey, he owned a personal training business, experienced the military’s style of training as he served in the Marines, and also trained in a gym setting. Brandon is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer and has a bachelor’s degree in sports and exercise science. In addition, he is currently working on his master’s degree in exercise physiology. These experiences have refined Brandon’s abilities in sports training and conditioning. His focus as a trainer is to continue to expand his knowledge about fitness so he can help as many people as possible achieve their goals in a fast and safe manner.
Austin Persons
Austin’s fitness journey began over a decade ago. He experienced being overweight, underweight, and everything in between. Austin started exercising because he was too overweight to enjoy his favorite hobbies which include snowboarding and BMXing with his son. Over the next ten years, he learned, practiced, and refined techniques that helped him optimize his physical wellness. Austin acquired his nutrition coaching and personal training certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). His ambition as a trainer is to use everything he’s learned to help others reach their goals as quickly and safely as possible.
