Adaptive and Inclusive Recreation (AIR)

Inclusion

AIR helps to determine the most effective means of support for people to participate in recreation programs. Inquiries about what type of accommodations are available should be made two weeks before the class begins.

Specialized Programs

These programs are designed to meet the unique needs of individuals with physical, intellectual, and/or emotional disabilities.

Examples of past programs:

  • Dance Class
  • Bingo
  • Bowling
  • Trips to the movies
  • Kickball Tournament

Volunteer

Volunteers are an incredibly important piece to running adaptive recreation programs. If you would be interested in volunteering and giving participants a wonderful experience, call 970-350-9779 for more information or download the Volunteer Application.
