STEM Summer Scholars Program

The STEM Summer Scholars program is a science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) initiative to serve middle school students at the Rodarte Community Center through a collaboration with UNC. This program is project-based; participants work closely together in hands on problem solving with a field trip related to the area of focus each week. Participants will also have the opportunity to participate in LEGO Mindstorm Robotics and 3D printing. This will be an intro to basic programming and problem solving strategies.

The STEM Summer Scholars Program is a 6 week program that meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00am-12:00 pm. This program is generously funded by United Way of Weld County.
