The Greeley Ice Haus is proud to feature an Off-Ice Training Center with amenities and training components for both figure skaters and hockey players including mirror and barre, off-ice jump harness, and training equipment.

Off-Ice Center Programs

Off-Ice Figure Skating Training

Figure Skating requires a balance of strength, agility, flexibility, fitness, and grace. This class will help skaters develop these areas with the goal of improving on-ice performance. Each week will have a different focus to keep the class fun and Fresh. Age 8+

Winter 2024

Winter Session I: January 2 – February 10
(6 weeks)
Registration: November 27 – January 6

Winter Session II:  February 14 – March 23 (6 weeks)
Registration: November 27 – February 14

Fee: $65 resident, $75 non-resident
$15 Drop-in fee available for any class

Off-Ice Jumping
Wednesdays | 5:30-6 p.m.

The Ice Haus has created fun, age-appropriate off-ice exercises that help deliver the agility, balance, coordination, strength, and skill training that skaters need to complement their on-ice jumps. Pre-requisite: Freeskate 3

Off-Ice Mobility
Thursdays | 5:30-6 p.m.

The Mobility Class is all about dedicating time to care for your body and soft tissue to promote better movement and improved functional range of motion. Consider this as guided self-care; a practice crucial to your athletic and fitness development. This stretching and mobility course is designed to help you improve your flexibility and increase your range of motion (mobility). The class is open to hockey and figure skaters of all ages.

Bronze Bundle $135 resident, $155 non-resident
(includes: 2 LTS classes, 7-Visit Public Skate Pass, 3 freestyle sessions)

Silver Bundle $215 resident, $245 non-resident
(includes: 3 LTS classes, 7-Visit Public Skate Pass, 7 freestyle sessions)

Gold Bundle $285 resident, $325 non-resident
(includes: 4 LTS classes, 7-Visit Public Skate Pass, 12 freestyle sessions)

Platinum Bundle $365 resident, $415 non-resident
(includes: 5 LTS classes, 7-Visit Public Skate Pass, 17 freestyle sessions)

All bundle components expire at the end of the LTS session for which the bundle is applied.
