Both SilverSneakers® and Renew Active members gain access to the same amenities and services as standard members, which includes utilization of both the Greeley Recreation Center and Family FunPlex.

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 10:15 a.m.
Increase muscle strength and range of motion and improve activities for daily living. You will have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercise for your fitness level.
