Notice about Refunds
Refunds for activities and programs must be requested a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to its start date to receive a full refund or account credit. If a refund is requested, a $5 administration fee will be charged. The administration fee is waived if an account credit is issued. If a refund is requested within fourteen (14) days of the activity or program start date, an account credit may be issued.
No refunds or credits would be issued if the refund request is submitted after the first session of an activity or program unless specific circumstances, stated in writing, warrant further consideration.
