June 6, 2017 – (Greeley, CO) – Each year the Culture, Parks and Recreation Department with the City of Greeley in conjunction with the Colorado Rockies host the Rockies/CPRA Baseball Skills Challenge. Area youth, both boys and girls, age 6-13 (as of December 31, 2017) will have the opportunity to showcase their talents in three baseball skills: running, throwing and batting demonstrating their abilities with scores based on distance, speed and accuracy. This year’s event will be held Saturday, June 10 at Broadview Park, located at 600 28th Avenue in Greeley, between 10am and 12pm and is free and open to anyone to attend.
