Senior Assistance Program (60+)

The Senior Assistance Program is available for individuals that have a financial hardship and would still like to have the opportunity to participate in City of Greeley Recreation Programs. The Greeley Culture, Parks and Recreation Department raises money through a variety of sponsorships with United Way of Weld County for the Senior Assistance Program. As long as there are funds available, we will try to accommodate all requests.

Information and Qualification Process:

  1. Participants must be Weld County residents, 60 years of age or older, and have an income level of $25,200 or less and fill out the Senior Assistance Application.
  2. Once qualification is confirmed, each Senior 60+ can utilize a $150 scholarship towards registration costs from a list of classes, programs and Active Adult Center Membership.
  3. The Senior Assistance Program scholarship program will expire December 31.
  4. The Senior Assistance Program cannot be used towards any parks or facility rental, pass or daily admission fee.
