InBody Composition Scan

The InBody scanner is a non-invasive method that calculates your body composition and provides a print out of results. The scan takes a couple of minutes and provides a comprehensive printout of your total body water, lean mass, and body fat.

You can register for:

Adult or Youth Weight Room Orientation $25

Build confidence in the weight room by learning how to use the weight machines and cardio equipment with a personal trainer. Sign up for your Weight Room Orientation at the Family FunPlex or Greeley Recreation Center front desk.

Ages 12-13 may use the weight and cardio area after completing the orientation. Ages 14 and older may use the weight and cardio area.

Fitness Assessment $35

60-minute private appointment with a Personal Trainer to assess your physical fitness depending on your goals. Testing may include cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and/or endurance, flexibility, balance, movement pattern analysis, InBody composition, and basic biometrics such as height, weight, heart rate, and blood pressure.

We encourage all new clients to complete a fitness assessment before starting with a trainer.
