Cooking Matters

Offered in conjunction with Weld County

Join us for a free interactive class. Learn how to deal with picky eaters, save money on groceries, find healthy recipes, and manage your time in the kitchen. **Classes will be offered in English. Spanish classes are expected to return in 2024.

Walk with Ease

Offered in conjunction with Weld County Area Agency on Aging

Participate in this walking program developed by the Arthritis Foundation. Ideal for anyone looking for a way to be more physically active with less pain. Each class includes education, stretching, and walking.

Massage

Need a massage to relax? Come meet Autumn Crane, our new massage therapist. Autumn specializes in chronic pain, issues from old injuries, surgery recovery, and general massage to live life pain-free. Please call the front desk to make an appointment on Monday afternoons or Tuesday mornings.

“Toe Time” Foot Care

Nurses Cindy Brown, RN, and Jude Malone, RN, will take care of your feet. They will provide the following with a 30-minute treatment: medical foot assessment, toenail trimming, filing and debridement, rotary filing to reduce thickened nails, removal of ingrown toenails, reduction or removal of corns/calluses, a warm foot soak with scented oil, exfoliating foot scrub, relaxing foot massage with thick moisturizing lotion, referral to an appropriate medical provider if indicated.

Acupuncture

Come and enjoy an acupuncture treatment with Jennifer in our “Senior Foundation Wellness Room.” Please call the front desk to make an appointment. Payment due at time of service with cash or check.
